• Email address — used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Cabin number — shown to other participants in your sailing group.
• Family member details — names, ages, favorite Disney characters, t-shirt sizes, and any allergies or interests you choose to share. This information is shown to other group members to help them choose gifts.
• Sailing information — ship name and departure date, used to place you in the correct group.

How we use your data

The information you provide is used solely to display your family's details to other confirmed participants on the same sailing. This is the core purpose of the site — helping Fish Extender groups coordinate gift exchanges.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond operating this service.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your details are visible to other participants within your sailing group on this platform. We do not share data externally.

Data storage

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for its database. Your data is stored securely on their infrastructure. You can review their respective privacy policies at vercel.com and supabase.com.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@cruisefishextender.com. We will process your request promptly.
